Refund policy

All sales are final. Parisvenis6 LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Due to the nature of our products, wigs, hair products, and beauty products are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details, including product selection, length, size, color, quantity, and shipping information, before completing their purchase.
