If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Custom Orders:
Custom or personalized products are made according to the customer’s specifications. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing a custom order.

Shipping:
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control. Once an order has been shipped, carrier delays are outside of our control.
