Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom wig orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping:
Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

Shipping Delays:
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Parisvenis6 LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once tracking shows an order as delivered, Parisvenis6 LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier regarding delivery issues.

International Orders:
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with international shipments.
